To some extent, your offer to act in a del credere capacity meets our objectives, and for a trial period of  we are prepared to accept on the terms stated, namely an extra commission of . We make the condition, however, that you are willing either to provide a guarantor acceptable to us or to lodge adequate security with our bankers.
