This Deed of FAMILY ARRANGEMENT is entered into on 05 April 2025

Between

(1)            PARTY_1_NAME whose address is at PARTY_1_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE as lawful and natural child of the deceased (the "First Beneficiary")

(2)            PARTY_2_NAME whose address is at PARTY_2_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE as lawful and natural child of the deceased (the "Second Beneficiary")

(3)           PARTY_3_NAME whose address is at PARTY_3_ADDRESS_SINGLE_LINE as widow of the deceased (the "Third Beneficiary")

WHEREAS :

1.  died intestate on the  (hereinafter called "the intestate") surviving his lawful  and natural children i.e. the First Beneficiary and the Second Beneficiary; and  his lawful widow i.e. the Third Beneficiary and relict who are the only persons entitled on his intestacy to distribution of the estate of the intestate (hereinafter called "the said estate").

2. At the date of his death the intestate was the registered owner of all the properties more particularly described in the Schedules hereto (hereinafter called "the said properties") free from incumbrances.

3. The Letter of Administration  for the said estate were granted to the by the court in .

4. as administrator has out of property of the intestate other than the said properties duly paid and discharged the funeral and testamentary expenses of the intestate and all his debts which have come to the knowledge of the administrator and all the death duties arising on his death and payable out of the said estate.

5. The said estate of the intestate now remaining for administration by the administrator consists of the said properties.

6. The Third Beneficiary has agreed to waive and renounce all her right and interest of and in the said properties in consideration of natural love and affection for the First Beneficiary and Second Beneficiary.
