Founder Advisor Agreement

This is a founder advisor agreement, wherein an adviser provides advisory/consulting services to the founders of a company.

How to use this Document?

This document should be used by the founders of a company or by an advisor to the founders of a company. 

It should be carefully read and signed by both parties. Once signed, both parties should get a copy of the final agreement. 

How to Tailor the Document for Your Need?
